The building is arranged within the new topography that he himself created, modeled according to his own rules, and generating a piece integrated into its environment that produces a succession of semi-interior spaces structured on staggered trays, walls and patios. It was intended that the building would have a multifunctional character, where different activities could take place, both those associated with leisure, representativeness or business. The relationship with the topography is resolved by means of a system of patios. These patios are entrusted with the task of solving the organization of the building, delimiting the areas to be occupied by the services, facilitating the location of the vertical accesses to the cores of rooms.
Around these patios, and with the vocation of creating spaces that provide perspective, but at the same time, the necessary privacy, an indoor heated swimming pool and a spa area will be developed, which complete, together with the selective wine cellar assigned to the restaurant areas, the essential pieces that complement the stay and the possibilities of completing the quality of the accommodation services. The same resource is used in the rooms on the ground floor, which open onto terraces with individual mini-pools that extend the interior space.
So, the volumetric composition of the complex can be read as that of three isolated buildings, which contain the rooms, arranged on a landscaped horizontal plane and connected by a horizontal plinth that houses the services and that connects them and that fits into the terrain, which breathes through patios arranged around its perimeter like bronchi. This element, precisely, is left open to the outside in order to avoid spatial segregation, views and orientation, which allows the recreation of a proper, controlled landscape, which isolates itself from its immediate visual, thermal and acoustic surroundings
