Upon the conclusion of the service(s), personal data will be retained in cases where liabilities involving PAMPOLS may arise, in compliance with other applicable regulatory frameworks, or as required by law. Personal data will be stored in a manner that allows for the identification of the data subjects and the exercise of their rights, supported by the necessary technical, legal, and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of such data.
• Management of Curricula Vitae (CVs): As a general rule, PAMPOLS retains your CV for a maximum period of one year. Once this period has elapsed, it will be automatically destroyed, in accordance with the principle of data quality.
• Other: Any other data or information provided by the user through any means will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
