A project comprising 3 residences of various types—one single-story unit and two triplexes—located in the heart of the Val d’Aran, in Salardú, just 10 minutes from the Baqueira-Beret ski slopes.
This project focuses on comfort, efficiency, and design for a high-performance residence in the heart of the Pyrenees—featuring a contemporary aesthetic that remains true to the essence of traditional Aranese style, all while offering exceptional views.
The project demonstrates a firm commitment to energy efficiency by incorporating a high-efficiency energy generation system, resulting in low-energy-consumption dwellings (nZEB) that achieve the highest energy rating (A) within a mountain climate.
