COMO Residencial Taüll introduces a new concept of community, one that is fully integrated into the traditional character of Taüll and its natural surroundings by blending premium-quality materials with the region’s vernacular architectural style.
The complex consists of a freestanding building with four exposed façades, a design that maximizes sunlight and natural light throughout the year, facilitates cross-ventilation within the residences, and offers magnificent views of the Boí Valley.
The building rests upon a large base, allowing light, open spaces, and a dialogue between contemporary and traditional design languages to take center stage.
This is a sustainable development throughout the entire construction process, utilizing high-quality, natural materials sourced from the local environment—such as stone and wood—and provided by local suppliers and craftspeople.
In terms of energy, it achieves the highest energy rating (A), thanks to its insulation and climate control system.
Featuring a design that is both environmentally conscious and cutting-edge, this residential complex is envisioned with a clear objective: the well-being and comfort of its residents, achieved through a functional and rational spatial layout, premium-quality materials, and an interior that is elegant, warm, and welcoming.
