Interior renovation for the Vermont restaurant, located in one of the iconic spots of the Aran Valley: the former clubhouse of the Salardú golf course.
The project is organized with a ground floor for the entrance reception, dining areas, and a café; an attic level featuring dining spaces; and a basement level housing the kitchen, storage, and utility areas.
The space radiates an inner warmth, blending industrial and mountain styles through its choice of finishes and by leaving the building’s timber-beam structure exposed. Every area is designed to open up toward the views outside—snow-covered in winter and lush green in summer.
